They will also engage with wider Learning Consultant community to share best practise in learning interventions,methodology, and latest learning trendsPlease note this role is remote and can be located anywhere globally (If the successful candidate is based near a Kerry office space then they are also welcome to work from there).Key responsibilities

  • In the short term, lead the capability strategy design activity in partnership with the relevant Function, in partnership with HR Business Partners, Talent Leads and Functional leads, to determine the scale and scope of skills & capability needed to drivethe business strategy.
  • Followed by the longer-term execution of GIO and Kerry specific learning solutions in region and across all functions.
  • Execution of all regional capability needs, including build of communities of practice.
  • Enabling and sustaining capability through the management, operating and people systems within the GIO plants.
  • The in-plant requirement will include how we capture all capability requirements aligned to the process library and deliver effective training to all GIO employees in region
  • Support for the ongoing culture shift in region to engage and sustain functional excellence as needed.
  • Build strong Functional relationships with relevant Functions and HR Business Partners & Change Leads by engaging, communicating, and influencing across all levels of leadership.
  • Lead the design and development activity to meet learning and performance needs, in partnership with Functional SMEs, Learning colleagues and where relevant third-party suppliers, leading out on any required RFP processes and managing spend requests.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions in achieving capability development, performance improvement and overall contribution to business impact and value, using recognised learning evaluation models.Research and identify external learning anddevelopment trends, technology, methodology and ways of working which are appropriate and
