Job Description

Learning and Development Specialist (Sales)Location: London w/ Hybrid Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00AM - 17:30PMExponential-e is a leading provider of end-to-end IT Solutions. We have a track-record of delivering world-classsolutions into both the Enterprise market and Public Sector.Your new role Exponential-e Group are looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner to take full ownership of the L&D Cycle for stakeholders with a focus within the Commercial area of the business. With a large focus on the Sales function, in this role you willdesign, develop and deliver in house training aligned to the learning programmes required across the business together with working alongside product vendors and external partners.   • Supporting the organisation by utilising instructional design practices with innovation to build world class blended learning solutions that are scalable, measureable and repeatable
  • Manage and implement L&D projects as assigned to you by the L&D Manager
  • Utilise Agile and instructional design project management methodology to ensure an effective, flexible approach
  • Be a key point of contact within the L&D team with sufficient knowledge of key projects and programs to answer questions from stakeholders at all levels
  • Management of all L&D systems with demonstratable administrator level knowledge of all platforms
  • Support the business by helping to manage vendor / partner certifications
What youll need to succeedUnlike many larger companies, successful people in Exponential-e operate with autonomy and agility. A passion for technology is a must in this role.Knowledge and experience required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience of building and delivering Sales Training and Technical Training
  • Demonstrable experience of building blended learning initiatives
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about technology
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Previous demonstrable experience as L&D BP, Specialist or Consultant
  • Demonstrable experience of working to an Instructional Design methodology
