Training Operations ManagerA leading international training provider is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Operations Manager to join their growing team based in the West End.The role is overseeing the training programmes, managing the course content, structure, collaborating closely with the Training Facilitators, and ensuring that delegates receive meaningful, high-quality, learning experiences. Responsibilities include:- Regular analysis of the training programmes provided in line with market updates, best practice, and market demands. - Scheduling and monitoring the Training Facilitators, ensuring that programmes run efficiently and smoothly. - Monitor and update the Training matrix to deliver current and future programmes. - Market research into different training programmes and thought leadership. - Analysis of training programmes, updating the content, reviewing the modules and updating materials. - Creation of new courses where required and amending current programmes. - Collaboration with the management team. - Welcoming delegates and providing a seamless learning experience for the duration of their courses. Requirements:- A background in designing, managing, and facilitating L&D programmes. - Project Management experience. - Collaborative.- Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Internal stakeholder management.
