Job Description

Our Head Office Learning and Development team are seeking a highly organised individual to support, coordinate and deliver multiple L&D projects, with a particular focus on the growth of our apprenticeship and graduate programmes. Your key responsibilitieswill be to organise and deliver graduate meetings and events, support our growing network of apprentices, administer new apprenticeship requests and support the rollout of further projects to do with Talent Management & Early Careers.This multi-faceted and exciting opportunity is ideal for a confident and highly motivated person with genuine enthusiasm for supporting employee development, delivering excellent HR practice and maintaining a high standard of service to stakeholders acrossthe business.What youll do

  • Supporting the Apprentice & Early Careers Consultant with the expansion of apprenticeship programmes including; content management, provider management, annual review meetings, tracking and reporting of apprentices
  • End-to-end management of apprenticeship sign up and user experience
  • Provide support with managing and delivering the graduate training events across all 13 regions and Head Office Programmes
  • Maintaining all documentation for graduates and apprenticeships
  • Supporting to create a graduate community using Teams
  • Using tools such as Excel and SuccessFactors to ensure accurate data is kept for all programmes and colleagues
  • Delivering L&D projects as required by the Talent Management Team
  • Delivering presentations and training to other Head Office departments on new concepts
  • Taking responsibility for the National Training concept for colleagues in Head Office training in regions.
  • Ensuring compliance with Head Office and International deadlines
  • Ensuring the department provide a quality experience to all employees who may have queries on their professional development
What youll need
  • Detail-orientated with an analytical mindset and able to quickly interpret data
  • Demonstrable experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver successful projects
  • Motivated with exceptional people skills and the ability to communicate and engage with colleagues at all levels
  • Enthusiastic about the training and development of employees working in various different areas of the business
  • A confident PC user with intermediate Microsoft Office and excellent Excel skills and experience managing information in a database
  • A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Able to use their own initiative
  • German language skills are desirable but not essential
