Job Description

In so doing, they seek to make a positive, sustainable contribution to both the UK economy and society.On behalf of this organisation, AMS is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator - Early Careers for a 12-month contract, based hybrid in London.Purpose of the Role:This role will focus on supporting the development and delivery of the best-in-class development offering to all early careers staff.As a Learning and Development Coordinator - Early Careers, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the induction process for apprentices, graduates and summer interns.
  • Assisting with the logistical aspects of training, including booking venues, liaising with vendors and organising training materials.
  • Coordinating rotational training programmes.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to training, such as processing invoices and procurement.
  • Planning and executing training events, focusing on learning and development initiatives.
  • Handling the meet and greet responsibilities during events.
  • Prioritising problem-solving and coming up with solutions to challenges.
  • Providing support to colleagues and stakeholders, including chipping in with daily tasks and offering assistance during busy periods.
What we require from the candidate:
  • Have experience of working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate initiative, ownership and organisational skills.
  • Experience in organising training events and understanding of the administrative side of training operations.
