Lead UX Designer, remote (User-centric design) - London£85k basic +10% bonus + shares My client, is a fast growing AI Software Builder Company that specialises in building, maintaining and running bespoke software for their customers, making it faster, more accessible and less expensive for everyone to bring their ideas to life. Currently position is fully remote and after lockdown later on in the year 2-3 days a week remote working.They are very keen to hire a Lead UX Designer to create world-class experiences for the business as well as mentor and develop a growing UX team.Last year they secured $29.5m of funding to scale our growth in Europe. They already have three offices in LA, Delhi, and London and recently hit 250 employees globally. A key focus for them this year is to significantly grow their London operation.About the roleLead UX Designer will be exploring different approaches to designing for user behavior and improving their platform experiences. This pivotal role will help define and manage the strategy for user experience, across our various platforms. Acting as a champion of a user-focused approach and design, this role will be responsible for delivering a world-class user experience across all digital touchpoints.Work closely with the product team, product designers, product managers and engineers to define UX goals for new and evolving design challenges and features.Create cutting edge UX solutions through iteration: define briefs, user stories, analyze insights from industry benchmarks and user tests, create UX flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups, pitch and refine.Participate in, create and refine best UX design methodologies and practices, including user-centric designPresent initial concept designs and final designs to teammates and stakeholdersThe ideal candidate Experience in leading the UX team function and joining up the overall UX design of a range of productsA UX evangelist with a proven history of UCD work and resultsA flexible leadership style with go to deeper dive and lean methodologyInnovative, curious and have demonstrable experience of setting a clear vision for UX strategyPrevious experience running discovery phases including both internal and external, and qualitative and quantitative research (workshops/focus groups/personas)Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
