Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner with Spinal & Orthopedic experience to lead and manage a theatre team in a private hospital in Marylebone.Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver an exceptional spinal/orthopaedic service to all Consultant users.
  • Ensure that all spinal and orthopaedic lists run efficiently and safely ensuring all instrumentation and implants are readily available for each and every procedure
Ideal Candidate:
  • Nurse/ODP
  • NMC/HCPC Registration
  • Ability to scrub and demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all spinal/orthopaedic cases performed within the hospital..
  • ASP/SFA qualification essential*
  • Previous experience in a acute healthcare environment and experiencing managing and leading a clinical team/Theatre team.
  • Effective Communication and Strong interpersonal skills.
