Job Description

Lead Service Designer | Digital Transformation Specialist | London / Remote | Inside IR35 | Multi Million Pound ProjectsEXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently recruiting for a Digital Transformation Specialist, for the role of Lead Service Designer. Its an exciting new opportunity to work for a highly reputable specialist who are considered among the Top Digital agencies in the UK. They specialise in creating great user experiences for the worlds largest brandsthrough making new products/services, re-designing websites and applications from in-depth customer research.What youll be doing:

  • Oversee and play a strategic role in all aspects of the process and delivery of all service design work
  • Championing service user needs and combining them to company policy
  • Understand and map the service context (stakeholder, suppliers, infrastructure, and more)
  • Formulate outcome-orientated hypothesis and concepts
Main Skills/ Requirements:
  • A proactive, persuasive, and inquisitive Lead Service Designer
  • Experience in planning, composing and perfecting relationships and interactions with all types of users involved in the service, as well as how these users contribute towards the delivery of the service
  • Confident and capable in simplifying the service complexity by using simple, visual, and flexible narratives when liaising with key stakeholders who have different informational needs
  • Willingness to further develop craft and skills from a broad spectrum of design disciplines as well as involvement in all aspects of the service development process, from ideation to creation and delivery
  • Inside IR35
