Job Description

Please note this will be a PAYE engagement, with holiday pay included in your daily rateJob Role:Lead Project ManagerLocation:Gresham St., London (Currently working remotely)Contract Length:Until 30th June 2021, initiallyAt TSB were clear about what matters. Delivering for our customers, keeping things simple and building operational excellence. To help us in our journey, were currently looking for a Lead Project Manager to deliver and manage a data cleanse and ensure CDD regulatory compliance, and to support with providing a solution to maintain the data at a high standard.Today youll bring:Ideally, youll currently have these skills and experience:

  • Youll be an established Lead PM, from either a programme or project background
  • A strong influencer and communicatior, youll work confidently with senior stakeholders
  • With the ability to manage third parties, youll be able to guide RFP processes and work with procurement colleagues to manage both onshore and offshore suppliers
  • Youll be an SME in Financial Crime and KYB, and understand how financial regulations around business banking are driving our data needs
  • With excellent experience managing IT suppliers, youll be able to guide automation of processes while adhering to IT governance
  • As with any Lead PM, youll have excellent budgeting and cost control skills.
