Job Description Are you a Lead Product Manager looking to lead on an exciting new initiative This permanent opportunity is the one for you! About the role In this much varied role, the Lead Product Manager will work with the leadership team across Commercial, Strategy and Technology to launch and implement this new Product. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead on the research initiatives, sourcing new product ideas
  • Develop business cases to support key initiatives
  • Define key metrics for the delivery to be measured against
  • Manage the forecasting and budgeting to ensure delivery in a timely manner
  • Work with the Technology teams and 3rd parties to ensure delivery
  • Look for continuous improvement opportunities
The successful candidate should meet the following skills and experience requirements:
  • Experience of working in cross-functional product teams, delivering digital products in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Deep knowledge of the UK broadcast industry and advertising market
  • Experience in scoping and shaping complex initiatives
  • Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business
  • Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships in a corporate environment
