Job Description

Lead Mobile Unity DeveloperBlockchain GamingUp to £45,000 Basic + Excellent Benefits Talented Unity developer is required to join one of the fastest growing blockchain gaming companies in the UK. Our client is going through a huge growth phase and is looking to build a number of Android and iOS games.As a Senior Unity Developer, you will be working with a 2D/3D artist and animator, along with a game designer, game artists to build complimentary mobile phone games to enhance the under construction Unreal Engine PC Metaverse game.They are very flexible in working hours and all work will be done remotely.The candidate should have lots of experience building and adapting games in Unity.The candidate should also have a good knowledge of C# and any previous personal games you have developed would be of interest.Skill and Experience

  • Strong technical background of interactive content using games engines (Unity and/or Unreal).
  • Strong interest in and understanding of all areas of UI/UX design.
  • Experienced in capturing requirements and aims around a project, working with designers to explore the best approach and the best solution.
  • Experienced in publishing games to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years Unity and C# experience
  • Significant experience in mobile development
  • Passionate about creating mobile games
  • Able to efficiently test and debug code
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Portfolio of previous work
  • Good communication skills
  • Work independently
  • Collaborate with other members of the team
  • Analyse, assess and upgrade existing applications in accordance with outlined
  • development team processes
  • Update and maintain project documentation as outlined by management and
  • development team
  • Knowledge of source control
  • Attend and contribute to team internal meetings as required
Nice to have:
  • Experience using Unity 3D
  • Unreal Engine Experience
  • Blender Experience
  • Network and/or Multiplayer experience
  • Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field or equivalent skills demonstrated
  • Experienced with Unity, creating both 2D and 3D apps and games
  • Native iOS development experience
  • Native Android development experience
For this job, the package they offer includes a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on your skills/knowledge.
