Job Description

In this roe you will provide daily guidance, coaching and work direction to the HR Operations Team on global processing, the management and completion of transactions, cases and communication. You will manage escalated and complex matters and drive implementation of process improvements within the team to ensure service level agreements are met. You will manage schedule conflicts/changes and partner with leaders within the Global HR Operations Team to ensure coverage and HR Operations transactions and responses are consistent and adequate. You will also have the opportunity to provide data analytics and reporting for work and project initiatives. How youll spend your time

  • Coach the HR Operations team and provide work direction and support on processes, transactions and procedures. Ensure service level agreements are met with transactions, responses and communication. Perform quality reviews for work performed and initiaterecommendations for documentation and consistency with resources and overall performance of team. Participate with transaction and case processing needs to support service level agreements and global team documentation.
  • Research and collaborate to provide problem resolution for escalated and high-priority concerns. Investigate the problem and partner with key partners to resolve and respond to issues.
  • Monitor metrics to ensure that service levels agreements are met. Identify trends, points of confusion, lack of knowledge with human resources practices and procedures and recommend changes that will lead an increased service experience including enhancementswithin our systems and global team best practices to increase efficiency and improve the user experience.
  • Provide training to new joiners on the HR Operations team and perform quarterly assessments and feedback. Collaborate and partner with global peers and leadership team to ensure training documentation is current and globally efficient.
  • Participate in business-driven projects and initiatives and serve as a back-up to leader on various duties/responsibilities, such as lead huddles and team meetings. Attend key meetings when leader is unavailable and speak directly with employees and businesspartners on escalated concerns.
  • This role is a coaching and mentoring position and will not have direct line management responsibility. The team, including the Lead HR Operations Specialist, will all report into the Senior HR Opeations
To be successful in this role you will have...
  • Previous experience in HR service/contact center supporting HR transactions and procedures.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with case management/CRM software.
  • Proficiency with MS office suite of software (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
It would be great if you also had...
  • Experience using Workday and ServiceNow.
  • EMEA, APAC regional HR experience and process knowledge.
