Lead Frontend Developer - £60,000We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lead Frontend Developer to join our client in the Publishing industry, based in London. The successful candidate will lead in developing the front-end side of their websites and applications for the company.You will be expected to provide technical expertise and work collaboratively to ensure the best possible user experience.Responsibilities:*Lead the development of the frontend side of websites and applications, ensuring best practice is applied throughout the development process *Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of the end products *Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to frontend development *Train and mentor junior members of the team *Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies *Work with the Backend Developers to ensure seamless integration between the front and backend of the websites and applicationsRequirements:*Baseline Security Clearance (BPSS)*Strong experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript *Experience in frontend development using modern frameworks that run through Python and Django *Experience in developing mobile-friendly websites and applications *Experience in using Git for version control *Comfortable writing and executing SQL queries *Knowledge of web standards and best practices *Strong communication skills *Able to work independently and as part of a teamNice to have:*Experience with Github for code deployment and pull requests *Experience with Jira or similar tool *Experience building templates for CMS such as WordPress *Working knowledge of BEMIf you have solid experience with the skill set above and the role looks like a great fit, please send your updated CV to and call me on to discuss your application in further detail.In Technology Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
