Job Description

Working with our clients leadership teams; our technology delivery leads are responsible for delivering technology enabled business transformation programs. These are often multi-year, highly complex, business critical multi-application environments toenable and unlock new value streams within the clients digital landscape. They will have a wealth of hands on experience gained from Industry or from a large global systems integrator. Well practised in an agile delivery lifecycle approach, the delivery leadwill manage all stages of the project lifecycle, tenaciously driving through troubleshooting and issue resolution to keep delivery on track. The delivery lead will be required to scope, size and pull together multi-disciplined teams to deliver and drive forwardthe solution. They will be expected to be a hands on delivery practitioner; able to motivate and robustly drive a team through a complex plan of work. They have a well-developed technical background coupled with strong stakeholder management. They will setthemselves apart by having experience in delivery and scoping of large scale cloud transformation programs involving multiple SI partners. Furthermore, the ideal delivery lead will: Demonstrate working to the best industry standardsand ensure that the delivery of the solutions are pragmatic, timely and aligned to the Clients business objectives and security requirements;Have 10+ years hands on experience as a technical delivery lead, with a track record of delivering complex projectsincluding emerging technology and cloud components, in one or more industries for Tier 1 clients;In possession of knowledge of emerging technology and to implement this in a large scale environment. The candidate will have experience in one or more of thefollowing areas:Emerging Technology: AI, RPA, Drones, Robotics, Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT)Industry recognised standard applications: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, WorkdayTransformational Enterprise Architectures: Integration, APIs, Containersetc.Enterprise cloud vendors: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform An inspiring team leader, able to rapidly establish and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary, cross geography teams, drawn from across PwC, our clients staff andthird party organisations;Offshore Delivery Management - An effective technical delivery leader with deep experience in managing delivery through offshore teams;Individual, social and business interaction - flexibility in using a range of influencing stylesin order to build strong sustainable relationships, and demonstrating the firms values;Business acumen - Ability to explore opportunities and seek to understand if they are commercially right for the firm in the context of our Purpose.
