18-month fixed term contractWe are looking for a Lead Editorial Content Manager to take our content to the next level and improve efficiency of our content processes. You will enable and develop efficient content activity to support RSSB subject matterexperts produce content and increase audience interactions. This is a great opportunity for a strategically minded content editor to shape our content, making it relevant and useful to the needs of GB rail.Reporting to the Senior Knowledge & Content Manager,you will provide input, advice and guidance to deliver RSSBs content vision by leading on curating and repurposing content from diverse and complex topics and in various formats. You will be required to guide and influence the development of content to ensureappropriate structure, editing, formatting and design are applied. This requires working effectively with subject matter experts, senior stakeholders and agency partners to deliver clear, relevant information.You will have editorial and writing skills andthe ability to understand complex technical issues to comfortably translate benefits into easily digestible copy for our audience. You will have experience of managing or coaching a team with the ability to motivate and manage. Effective interpersonal andcommunication skills are also key to success in the role as are effective stakeholder management skills.
