Lead Developer - Fund Management

Responsibilities

Maintain a skilled, and motivated team capable of delivering software solutions across a broad technology stack
Designhigh quality software solutions which meet technical architecture and security standards
Developrobust and scalablesoftwaresolutions
Adhere and contribute to the evolution of development standards
Ensure a high quality and robust automated unit test framework is maintained and collaborate with the Test Chapter in validation of software change
Lead technical initiatives to improve efficiency or reduce technical debt
Peerreview code anddocumentation toassure accuracyandcompleteness,whilstensuring thatchanges arebothmaintainable andsupportable
AssisttheProduct Manager and Scrum Master in planning and prioritization of squad activity
Continuallyreview developmentand delivery activities toidentifyimprovements to architecture,processes,services,performancemetrics andinfrastructure toincreaseefficiency, effectiveness,andcustomersatisfaction
Provideexpertsecondline support to theApplicationSupport team
Continually trainto ensureindustryrecognised qualifications arecurrent
Mentor and coach team members and, where required, the wider Development Chapter
