Lead Developer - C#, .Net, West London, £65-70K + 20% Bonus + Bens. You should have a background as a Lead Developer with strong experience of C#, .Net, .Net Core with Angular / React. The Lead Developer will report into the Head of Development and have responsibility for a team of developers.Your background:*Strong and proven skills in full stack .NET development using current and legacy technologies, frameworks, and patterns.*C#, .Net Core, Vuejs or a modern JS framework such as Angular / React.*MySQL / Microsoft T-SQL (advanced scripting and development skills) with SQL data management experience.*Strong expertise in JavaScript across multiple libraries.*You have experience of working with RESTful services.*Familiarity with DevOps practices and implementation of automation.*Working knowledge of application lifecycle management and DevOps tools - JIRA, Git / GitHub, Docker, AWS ECS, and alike.*Working knowledge of tiered system architectures, service oriented architectures and developing multi-region products.Advantageous if you have:*Experience of Microsoft Server environments.*Experience of training others in secure development, new frameworks and technologies.*Experience with financial services systems and associated regulations.*Experience of OWASP secure coding practices, certification in secure coding practices.This Lead Developer role is a hybrid position based in West London and pays c£65-70K + 20% Bonus, 25 days holiday + 1 extra on your Birthday, annual personal development budget.
