About this role:Join Wells Fargo as a Lead Compensation Consultant and become a pivotal force within our dynamic Total Reward team. Youll play a key role in helping to shape our international compensation delivery, with a particular focus on supporting HR, talent acquisition,and the business across EMEA and APAC. Some of the challenges include the year-end process, benchmarking strategy and analysis, and ensuring compliance with our regulators across international.
