We are currently recruiting for an exceptional career opportunity, which presents the opportunity to work for a fast growth start-up, which has already experienced ongoing successes and phenomenal growthAs the business continues to invest and expand, they are seeking a bright, passionate finance professional to support the further development of finance and commercial finance activities across the group.Reporting directly to an experienced and supportive CFO, this is a broad all-encompassing role in which you will be asked to manage a growing team (3 direct reports currently)Key responsibilities will includeOversight of financial control where required with the support of a fully qualified ACAProduce relevant financial modelling and scenario planningBudgeting forecasting, analysis and financial planningLook at variance analysis and provision of oversight on business performance generally.Provide ongoing commercial/ strategic support senior leadership, including projects centred around analysis of online subscriptions, customer retention, supply, margin and digital.The brand is seeking a high performing qualified accountant (or overseas equivalent) who enjoys working within a fast paced, entrepreneurial, forward thinking and ever changing environmentIt is an exciting to join as the business continues in a steep and aggressive upward growth pathThe brand has to date secured top talent across all divisions so this is an opportunity to work with top talent within a collaborative, supportive environment where commitment and ability is consistently rewardedPromotions have already been visible across the team following 10 months in positions at this level.Previous experience working within the ecommerce, FMCG or subscriptions base business would be valuable but not essentialA competitive salary is on offer plus generous equity package + bens
