Job Description

Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.Client DetailsGlobal company delivering innovation-led strategy, technology, and business consulting services.DescriptionDescription:I am recruiting for a lead back end developer with with significant understanding in back-end development. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the database. The contract is for a Global company delivering innovation-led strategy, technology, and business consulting services.Availability for a March Start essential.Essential skills & responsibilities:

  • Very strong object oriented design skills and understanding of well-engineered design
  • Proficiency in the following skills and technologies is mandatory:
  • Java EE including (Web Services, REST, JPA).
  • Database (SQL server/Oracle/MySQL/MongoDB/Cassandra)
  • Spring, Hibernate
  • SOA, EDA, and Design patterns.
  • Cloud computing architectonic
  • Hosting and server technologies Tomcat/JBoss, IIS, Nginx
  • Code versioning tools like Svn, Mercurial
  • Extensive problem solving skills and hands on involvement with data structures and algorithms
  • Continuous delivery with a deep understanding of enabling technologies and practices.
  • Cloud and automation technologies, e.g. Amazon Web Services, Azure, Ansible / Chef / Puppet.
  • MVC, and knowledge of other server-side and Front End programming language (Reactjs, NodeJs) is a plus
