BNY Mellon Markets Securities Finance is comprised of two complementary product offerings - Agency and Principal Securities Finance. By leveraging our global perspective and innovative capabilities across these solutions, Securities Finance is able tohelp clients optimize portfolio return, source liquidity to manage funding needs and reduce operating costs. As a member of the Securities Finance team, you will be part of a global market leader, working with a world class group in multiple global locations,and servicing some of the largest clients worldwide. Markets business comprises of FX, Securities Finance, Liquidity and Margin Services, Fixed Income and Equity Capital Markets servicing clients across the world. The Business Support role resides within theSecurities Finance EMEA COO Team. The successful candidate will work with the EMEA COO, Global Trading Desks, Relationship Management, Product and Legal teams supporting the Securities Finance business and its clients. Key Responsibilities: Management ofborrower accounts and implementation of new collateral profiles with triparty agents to assist trading strategy Amending credit limits and updating collateral parameters through collaboration with credit and market risk teams Agency Lending Disclosure setup and ongoing maintenance Legal documentation: assist in borrower negotiations, document execution, oversight and control of contract repository Responsibility for maintaining client security restrictions in the Securities Lending Platform and with tripartyagents Assist Sales and Relationship Managers in client due diligence requests and RFP responses Complete Financial Transaction Tax reporting for Italy, France and Spain Support EMEA COO in responding to regulatory requests, audit and compliance reviews Projectlead for small regulatory or business process changes including impact analysis and implementation into BAU Tax: review non-compliance reporting and resolution of withholding tax discrepancies, provision of withholding tax rates for new clients, monitor dividendex-dates and UK-REIT securities, review, reconcile and instigate client and market tax changes into the trading system Qualifications Knowledge of Securities Finance or Collateral Management preferred Strong Organisational Skills Highly flexible and adaptableto change Forward thinking and ability to think outside the box: developing solutions Self-motivated, independently driving results Strong oral and written communication skills Resilient and calm under pressure BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment OpportunityEmployer.
