Job Description

Knowledge & Information Management AnalystOur client a prestigious global law firm require a Knowledge &Information Management Analyst to join their busy knowledge strategy team. This role will support the delivery of knowledge management solutions globally by supporting the Head of Knowledge Strategy in collecting, organising and analysing legal data as well as providing technical and analytical support ac ross all KM projects and services.This is an exciting role for candidates who enjoy being challenged and enjoy a fast-paced environment. It would suit someone from either a paralegal, information services or business analyst background interested in pursuing a career in the business of law.This is a varied role supporting a wide range of km projects and initiatives such as:

  • Knowledge search support
  • Intranet support and content maintenance
  • Knowledge marketing support in partnership with the marketing team
  • Experience / expertise management supporting the ability to locate staff with specific experience and expertise
  • Supporting a wide range of KM projects
  • Profile:
  • Some experience of working in a support role within professional or legal services
  • A law degree or apprenticeship or related qualification would be an advantage
  • Some experience of working in a knowledge & information services role, business analyst or paralegal.
  • Interested in and able to learn new technologies
  • This is an exciting time to join the firm in this newly created role with a variety of projects and responsibilities.
