An exciting opportunity to join the Food & Beverage team, onsite at the brand new Swansea Arena, prior to its launch in 2022! You will help to build the Arenas food offering from a newly installed, high spec kitchen and purpose built kiosks.Reportingto the Head of Food & Beverage and the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the venue kitchen, all food kiosks during performances, and catering for small events. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing any in-house kitchen teamand managing relationships with external caterers for large scale events / bookings.ATG are looking for someone with experience in the Food and Beverage sector, specifically within a Kitchen and / or Chef role to lead and oversee the day to day operationsof the kitchen and all food outlets / service areas. A love of live performance and events is desirable!About Swansea ArenaSwansea Arena will sit as the crowning jewel within the £135m regeneration schemeCopr Bay, located next to the famous Swansea Marina, beachfront and a brand-new 1.1 acre coastal park. Over £1 billion is being invested across the City, allowing Swansea to realise its potential to be one of the most vibrant places to live, work, visitand study in the UK.Music and comedy will be at the heart of Swansea Arenas programme, alongside e-gaming, sports, conferences and events within its multi-purpose divisible auditorium. This newly constructed flexible venue will have a capacity of 3,500, ableto seat 2,200, host 150 guests in the VIP lounge and serve food and beverage at 9 outlets throughout the venue. 2,000m of exhibition space will see the venue regularly host up to 2,500 visitors at conferences and events.
