**KITCHEN DESIGNER WANTED FOR A LUXURY HOMEWARE RETAILER WITH INSPIRING HERITAGE**LOCATION: FulhamSALARY: £28-32k + competitive bonusTo provide outstanding customer experience through excellent design, communication, and coordination of the end to end project.* Listen to and discuss customer needs to create a design brief in store * Completing consultations and sketches with the customer on the store floor* Work with and support colleagues in store, and the installation team, to provide a consistent and exceptional customer journey * Produce designs and the kitchen presentation pack to brand standards using Autokitchen * Conduct surveys * Ability to listen and understand the clients needs, and be able to offer practical advice and product recommendations* Administer and manage customer projects including accurate payments and information * Provide keyholder support to the store with opening and closing Candidate Profile:* Confident, approachable and engaging personality* Creative and collaborative approach to working* Understanding of luxury, clientelling customer journey* Ability to listen and understand the clients needs, and able to offer practical advice and product recommendations* Experience using AutoCAD, * Previous experience in a kitchen design role * Experienced in the project coordination and administration of designs * Ability to work as part of a retail and design team * Strong presentation and communication skills * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook If this sounds like the job for you, and you possess the expertise to apply, please send your CV ASAP to .Due to the high volume of expected applicants, only successful candidates will be contactedMandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
