We are hiring a Kindergarten Teacher AND a MYP Teacher for a well-known International School in Muscat, Oman for an URGENT November 2021 start.You will help students achieve over and above their expectations, whilst also reflecting and supporting the aimsof this ambitious, fast-paced international school; and contributing to its continued growth. The role: Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:You will be expected to deliver the Early Years Curriculum to young learners (KG Teacher Role)Organisingthe classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environmentPlanning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their classMaintaining disciplineTeaching all areasof the primary curriculum (MYP Teacher Role)Preparing and marking work to facilitate positive pupil developmentWorking closely with staff and parents The ideal candidateThe school is looking to appoint a teacher with:KG Teacher:University Degree in Early ChildhoodEducation and PGCE Minimum of 2 years recent experience teaching Early YearsPrevious experience with the British EYFS CurriculumExcellent English Language skillsMYP Teacher: University Degree in Education and PGCE (Primary / Intermediate Phase) Minimum of2 years teaching experience in a similar roleExperience teaching the British CurriculumPrevious IB and MYP experience is essential Excellent written and verbal English proficiencyThe schoolThis well-known International School is vibrantly diverse, with globallyminded leaders who are dedicated to shaping a better future.
