Banham when he invented the first automatic door bolt and became a pioneer in the production of high quality locks.The Banham Group has evolved into a modern but still family owned and run company and operates from multi-award-winning headquarters in Earlsfield, two minutes’ walk from the well serviced Earlsfield station and 15 minutes from London Waterloo station.Our Head Office is based in Earlsfield, but your role will be predominantly on the road with access to our showrooms and satellite offices.Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):• Helping to build good customer relations• Attending our clients sites following specific requests or alarm activations• Investigation activations and securing premises• Remaining at premises if required• Providing access to properties for clients that have lost their keys• Attending site for any other type of emergency• Carrying out routine property checks• Learning our product range and how our products function• Be able to advise customers with basic knowledge of our products and to provide accurate advice• To ensure that customers are extended the highest levels of customer service always• To always ensure smart dress with uniform suppliedEssential Criteria:• SIA License• Full UK Motorcycle LicenseSkills and attributes required:• Good customer service & client management skills• Be proactive and flexible• Proficient with ICT• Good communication both written and verbal• Be courteous, helpful and professional in all circumstances•• Be confident and collaborative• Able to follow rules and procedures and understand the importance of them Required skills
