Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a TRUE market leader in their field. If you have a track record of strategic client director / key account manager / senior client manager roles and are looking for a new challenge this could be your ideal role, as this anopportunity to join an market leading that wins awards for its products every year!The Role:As a key account manager / client director you will be responsible for the commercial relationship and management of a number of high profile large law firms (both UK and US headquartered firms looking after their UK subsidiaries. Your role will be to ensureyou are working with multiple stakeholders across each account to ensure you are offering value and solutions that meet the clients needs, you will also be responsible for pulling together internal resources to be able to show them other solutions that canvalue to their practice such as new AI technology etcThe Candidate: You will be a highly successful client manager / key account manager / customer success professional with a track record of working with legal clients (large law). You will be someone who is comfortable working with large complex accounts and taking ownershipof the relationship on a day to day basis whilst developing strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders across the account base. Ideally from within the technology, SaaS or market intelligence areas however they will also consider people from otherenvironments who have a track record of growing a small number of large law accountsThe Package: On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of £80,000-£90,000 with a £35,000 bonus pension, health as well as a number of other benefits.
