Job Description

Junior Whiskey BrokerWe are recruiting for a well-established, highly respected whiskey brokerage looking to grow thier already exceptional sales team.Please note: You must have sales experience to be conisdered for the position. You will be joining a lively sales floor who are looking for positive, driven individuals with a natural ability to sell.We provide extensive support and training in house and from day one you are given the tools you need to be a great sales agent.Job Description

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective warm qualified leads supplied by our marketing team.
  • Be responsible for opening and initiating contact with prospective customers and educating them on the market and setting up diary events for the seniors.
  • Qualifying the customer to potentially enter the market with the ability to remove uninterested prospects.
    • Requirements
  • Strong work ethic driven by personal financial goals and target driven ambition
  • A great telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone
  • The ability to learn a script and project with confidence and clarity, with an initial target of 3-5 leads per day
  • To be resilient and have the ability to learn from your mistakes
  • Working under pressure and efficiently on your own as well as part of a team
    • We offer a basic salary (dependent on age and experience) plus uncapped commission and bonuses/incentives.The key feature of this position however is the ability to progress within the company into a senior broker role and earn upwards of £55,000 a year.Successful candidates for this position will either possess prior knowledge of this interesting alternative investment market or be willing to learn and develop in their role.If you think have the ability to succeed and are willing to work hard to do so, please apply immediately to be considered.
