We are lookingfor a JuniorVideographer to assist in creating the best in class video content across allbrands, products, social media channels and events. This is an exciting time tojoin in a growing video department and you would be playing a central part incollaboratingacross the business divisions to generate market leading videocontent. Ideally a candidate with an enthusiastic willingness to learn anddevelop new skills. What you would be doing:Video planning, production andediting, recording and mixing audio, creatingmotion graphics inpost-productionCreate and implement templatesfor various video content types; interviews, product training, productpromotion, event coverage and highlightsProvide unique customerexperiences through participation and tracking of engagementwith videocontentProduce a brief to deliverproject goals as well as pitch final products back to stakeholdersRepurposing and reformattingvideo content for distribution on multiple channelsAssist with management offreelance videographers, providing detailedbriefs to ensure final content canbe created from footage suppliedWhat we are looking for:Relevant degree or 2+ yearsdemonstrable experience in video production essential.Proficiency in camera operation(including the use of gimbal stabilisers), lighting designand operation,external audio recording, video and audio editing and colourgrading.Motion graphics experiencecreating animated graphics and elements.Proficiency in the Adobe CreativeSuite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.Desirable experience in Audition,Photoshopand Illustrator.Solid understand of the videoproduction workflow, and experience in all stages.Knowledge of the formattingrequirements of different online distribution systems.Proficiency with a range ofprofessional-grade cameras and production toolsIn returnwe can offer you arewarding career with personal and professional development in addition to acompetitive salary with an excellent benefits package that includes: 25 days holidayPrivate healthcareCycle to Work schemeSeason ticket loanGym membershipPensionLifeAssuranceTo apply, please send your CV,supporting statement explaining why you are suitable for this role via theAPPLY button below.
