Your opportunityYou will design the UX and visual interface of innovative SaaS software solutions for enterprise or business to business products for Deloitte and its clients. Your role Your role will focus on the UX and design for a range of innovative software solutions for enterprise or business to business products for Deloitte and its clients. The role will look to be responsible for and lead the end to end user experience of the products, including discovery, design and delivery within an agile cross-functional team based in St Albans. Youll be able to rapidly jump into all the phases of Design Thinking and produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes. We highly value Research and Testing, so we want someone who is strongly interested in developing those skills. As typical with our business, the team will work in a highly agile and flexible way, supporting a diverse range of client, business and technical requirements. Responsibilities As a Junior UX Designer you will: • Work with the Product Managers and other members of the team to understand customer requirements and proposed solutions • Create wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas • Create prototypes that can be shared with stakeholders and users for feedback and testing • Facilitate or run workshops in order to gather requirements and evolve your designs • Work closely with the dev team delivering any needed annotations/design specifications • Conduct and/or participate in early testing to validate prototypes / designs as needed • Understand agile methodology and apply this mindset to all aspects of your work.
