Job Description

Our consultants are considerably more cost-effective than traditionalconsultancies and can go on to join our clients permanent workforce, protecting valuable IP.In our short history, we have become the fastest growing consultancy in Europe, won numerous awards for our entrepreneurship, growth, and training, secured over 90 industry-leading clients, and added nearly 750 trained and accredited professionals to thedata, AI, and cloud ecosystem.We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to assist with our consultant hiring. You will predominantly be recruiting Graduates and junior professionals for our 5 training streams.Duties of the role include:

  • Screen applications in line with Kubricks hiring standards
  • Organise and watch video interviews, and analyse online assessments
  • Conduct phone interviews
  • Actively source candidates using our own candidate database as well as external platforms
  • Manage candidate applications through our applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit), ensuring statuses and notes are correct and updated
  • Maintain data on hiring schedules and trackers, keeping all information up to date
  • Keep in regular contact with candidates on recruiting status via phone and email to deliver a remarkable candidate experience
  • Manage the candidate offer process including offer call, contract creation and answering contract related questions
  • Meet hiring targets including number of hires, interviews and diversity metrics
  • Provide feedback to Team Leaders and Head of Talent Acquisition on hiring progress, candidate quality and any trends spotted
  • Contribute to wider initiatives including campaigns, hiring experiments and process optimisation
About you:The ideal candidate will be confident, positive and have a can-do attitude. You will have an appetite for learning and be able to work independently and take initiative. You will also have:
  • Ideally some office-based experience (maybe an internship/placement year, ideally within sales or perhaps junior recruitment, where they will have been exposed to time pressure and targets)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident on the phone with a great phone manner
  • Passionate about working with and talking to people, and always wanting to provide excellent candidate experience
  • Able to build relationships quickly with candidates and internally across the business when needed
  • Professional manner and able to represent Kubrick as the first point of contact for candidates
  • Good time management skills, highly organised
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and often work to tight deadlines
  • Team player and willing to get stuck in where the team needs support
  • Positive attitude
  • Comfortable working towards team targets (its a target driven but very much a collaborative environment!)

  • Starting salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
