This is a great opportunity to contribute to data input processes, while gaining insightsinto sustainability and business intelligence data management process and reporting.The data input team member will be responsible for keying in data entry information from sustainability standards and frameworks as well as client information, and maintaining G17 records for the platform and inventory.Work is agile and dynamic, therefore the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a data entry production environment, where accuracy and speed are equally important. The candidate should be one to thrive and be comfortable working in anenvironment with a dynamic, fast-evolving organization.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry (70%):+ Organise sustainability-driven initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes and respond to client needs.+ Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality ahead of data processing and input into the platform (G17Eco).+ Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data, data quality within the area of assigned responsibility and improvements.+ Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.+ Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets and proper documentation of information.Client-driven work (20%):+ Client system data entry into G17Eco.+ Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.+ Understand and when relevant, support the development of the Data and Services business strategy, information infrastructure and data needs.+ Build strong relationships with the client delivery team to identify and help resolve G17Eco process gaps and to deliver client solutions.Sustainability (10%):+ Leverage quantitative knowledge to analyze sustainability metrics, data management and client-based input alignment with global standards and metrics, and G17Eco.About You:Qualifications:+ Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, information systems, operations research, and/or economics/finance.Experience & Skills:+ 3+ years of experience with data entry, management, use cases and governance, and/or implementing data quality controls.+ High proficiency using spreadsheets and macros.+ Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.+ Critical thinking, self-starting, and ability to work independentlySounds like a good fit Apply here for a fast-track path to our Leadership Team.Your Experience / Background / Previous Roles May Include:Junior Sustainability Analyst, Junior Sustainability Data Analyst, Junior Sustainability Consultant.Application notice We take your privacy seriously.
