Job Description

JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGERLONDONUP TO £36,000 + BENEFITSThis InsurTech company is looking for a data-centric Junior Product Manager to provide actionable insights across a wide variety of projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is looking to develop their skillset using the most advanced tech, being taught by some of the industrys best talent.THE COMPANYThis InsurTech start-up with a strong backing are on the hunt for a Junior Product Manager. Within the Product team, you will be working on a wide variety of projects from data analysis, engineering and data science to some reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry, ambitious graduate or entry level to up-skill in a tech start up!THE ROLEThis roles responsibilities will vary as a Junior Product Manager, and it will often require ambition and drive to up-skill with various tools and methodologies to work across the business in their product function. You can expect to be working on things similar to;

  • Analysing data to solve commercial problems
  • Exposure to data engineering techniques and methods
  • A/B testing, experimentation, product analytics
  • Writing user stories, product roadmaps and epics
  • Driving engagement, acquisition and retention through improvement of customer journeys
  • YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYour skills and experience required to be the successful Junior Product Manager will include the following:
  • Ability to use SQL
  • Experience with Python/R is desirable but not essential
  • A working knowledge or experience within product management is desirable
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools for reporting/dashboarding e.g. Tableau or similar is desirable (must be willing to learn these tools in the job)
  • Educated to degree level
  • Graduate or minimal experience desirable
  • Excel is a must-have requirement
  • BENEFITSThe successful Junior Product Manager will receive a salary of up to £36,000 with an extensive benefits package.
