Job Description

A wonderful opportunity for an Office / Team Assistant / Graduate to join this high-end, sociable and dynamic corporate communications agency based in Central London. This is an excellent all-round Assistant role that will give you a solid footing for asuccessful EA / PA career!Working in this close-knit, bright and fun team, your role as Office Assistant will involve a variety of duties:

  • Answering & screening calls and taking deliveries
  • General administration, photocopying, binding, filing and ordering supplies such as stationery, food & drink, IT related products and reporting building management issues.
  • Managing diaries for client meetings, interviews and occasional PA support for Partners
  • HR; attendance recording, staff lists, appraisal meetings and employment contracts - you will be taught how to use HR system
  • Restaurant, hotel and travel arrangements
  • Managing supplier relations and point of contact for office staff with IT and telephone systems. Supporting team and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Editing PowerPoint slides, setting up projectors, laptops and TVs for meetings
  • Assisting external client events and internal social events i.e. name badges, mail outs, invitations and guest lists
