Job Description

Junior Management Accountant / Business Controller TasksAs part of a dynamic and fast growing organization you will manage the complexities of a networked organisation and youll report directly to the Head of Management Reporting. Your internal customers will be the managing directors of our Reply subsidiary companies.

  • Youll enhance business profitability by monitoring and controlling company performance
  • Youll be instrumental in forecasting and budgeting on key KPIs in the management reporting process for our Reply subsidiary companies across UK, Benelux and France
  • As part of the Management Reporting Team at Reply, youll be in charge of drafting quarterly reporting packages
  • You will be responsible for reconciliations with the Statutory Financial Statements

Qualifications
  • 2:1 or First Class degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies or Management
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Controlling and Auditing processes
  • Initial work experience in Management Reporting or in financial auditing e.g. through an internship
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - you are able to build strong relationships with our Companies Partners and Executive Partners
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills paired with advanced MS Excel knowledge and SAP knowledge as a nice-to-have
