Junior Java Developer - Trading PlatformLocation: Central London. Hybrid working policy. 2-3 days in office p/weekSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefitsA Central London FinTech company, who are a disrupting the FX space by creating a trading platform connecting major banks, are looking for a Junior Java Developer to join them on their mission to build a high-available platform that consumes over 5 billionmessages every day.They are looking for a Junior Java Developer (Trading Platform) with the following:

  • Computer Science (or similar) degree from a top university
  • Junior-level Java development experience
  • Keen to work on smaller projects with Rust, Golang and Kotlin (previous experience not necessary)
  • An advocate for modern methodologies including TDD and CD
Tech: Java, Multithreading, Distributed Systems, Docker, Kubernetes, TDD, CI/CD, AgileThe role will suit a Junior Java Developer with a strong enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, financial environment and who has a natural interest in the trading industry.
