Job Description

Job Title: Backend Junior Java Developer (Graduate)A group of passionate gamers are now looking for a junior Java developer (Graduate) to join there London team .Programmer Job Purpose:Develop the Java backend Server to provide APIs which access by client-side.Programmer Skills and Qualifications:Required skills (can be from university degree)

  1. Strong Java skills (can be from university degree)
  2. Essential SQL and NoSQL Database Knowledge
  3. Essential Data Structure and Algorithm Knowledge
  4. Experience with IOC Injection Framework (Guice/Spring)
  5. Experience with Unit Testing (JUnit4/JUnit5/TestNG/Spock)
  6. Experience with Unix/Linux Environment (Bash, SSH)
  7. Experience with Automated Script (Bash/Powershell/Python)
  8. Experience with Web services/REST/gRPC Development
  9. Familiar with Git and GitHub
  10. Familiar with Build Tool (Maven/Gradle)
  11. Familiar with Spring Boot Framework
  12. Familiar with IntelliJ IDEA for Java Development
Preferred skills
  1. Experience with MySQL
  2. Experience with Spring Data
  3. Experience with Hibernate
  4. Experience with NoSQL Database (GCloud DataStore/AWS DynamodDB/Mongo/Cassandra)
  5. Experience with Docker

Programmer Job Duties:
  • Discuss the software requirement and transfer to the software development language and use diagrams to represent the backend design.
  • Follow BDD or TDD development process, plan unit testing before implementation.
  • Implement the feature with readable, extendable and testable code, always follow the best practice.
  • Follow the code review workflow to improve and refactor code.
  • Debug the program to fix bug and update unit test
  • Writing documents.
