And we’re focused on becoming even smarter, better, faster and stronger with our digital transformation programme as we move into our brand new, modern, stylish offices at the end of April.About the roleDo you have experience using Northgate or another housing systemIf so, we have an exciting role for you!We are currently looking to recruit a Junior IT Business Analyst, this is an exciting opportunity to come in and support our existing team in developing and extending our current business systems and interfaces and playing a part in improving the business processes and procedures.You will review existing processes and procedures and propose and implement new and more efficient and effective methods of working as a complete business solution.You will have a curious mind always looking to identify opportunities to constantly improve and deliver our systems and technology.You will participate in project planning and ensuring requirements are correctly understood and reflected in your delivery plans.You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and working with others will come natural to you.You will be working with our IT trainers to create, develop and provide appropriate training to our staff in order to help them get the most from the systems you develop.To be successful, you will have had some experience working in a BA function or an IT environment.
