Job Description

Junior ICT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Placement Year)We are seeking a Junior ICT Infrastructure Support Engineer ( 6 to 12-month placement/internship), based in central London to join our ICT Team in the United Kingdom, which provides key ICT infrastructure and application services to all the companiesof the Reply group UK. Tasks

  • As an ICT Infrastructure Engineer, you will support our internal ICT team in running our ICT infrastructure functions efficiently
  • You will also participate as a team member in projects aimed at enhancing our services and implementing new technologies-based solutions
  • Assist in providing remote and on-site first- and second-level infrastructure and application support to business users
  • Help configure and maintain central IT hardware and software systems, including laptops and printers
  • Actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing ICT services and implementing cutting-edge solutions
  • Collaborate with international ICT teams and support operations in UK, France, and Benelux

Qualifications
  • On track to a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a closely related field
  • Initial knowledge of ICT Infrastructure, Networks, and Security
  • Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience with a variety of systems and technologies, such as Active Directory; DNS; DHCP; MS Exchange; MS Office365; Windows / MacOS; Windows Servers, Virtual machines; Wi-Fi access points and controllers; VPNs; anti-virussystems; printers
  • You are a team worker with strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn new technologies
  • Proficiency in English both orally and in writing
