Job Description

We have an exciting new 12-week placement for a junior candidate looking to move into the HR or Education sector.The role is working as a People Administrator for an online education platform based in Central London. They are looking for a temporary candidate who can assist them with their HR administration including data management.They are looking to pay £12 per hour. Main Responsibilities:

  • Posting and maintaining job adverts on different job boards
  • Setting up and sending out psychometric assessments
  • Requesting references for candidates and keeping track of contracts
  • Setting up new starters on 3rd party websites
  • Helping to manage a busy shared mailbox
  • Update the database with new starter and existing employee information
  • Assist with data audits and data cleansing activities
  • Ad-hoc administration
The perfect candidate will have an incredible attention to detail and be organised and self-motivated. Previous administration experience is desirable, but overall they are looking for someone who is happy to get stuck-in and help where needed.This is a fully office based role and their office is based near Holborn.
