  • Working within the development team with back-end developers to provide seamless support to the traders
  • To provide exceptional on-desk tactical solutions to traders quickly e.g., with on-desk tools
  • Reporting directly to Head of Software and working with non-technical stakeholders
  • Building familiarity with internal software systems
  • Building an understanding of financial markets and how traders use internal and external software and data sources
  • Gathering requirements from traders and implementing software solutions independently
