Junior Data Product OwnerLondon£50,000 - £60,000 + bonusJoin a dynamic team developing customer data products for a leading UK retailer.THE COMPANYA national retail powerhouse committed to enhancing the shopping experience of millions of customers. This team is responsible for driving innovation around their rewards and loyalty programme, which has had huge success from day one. They are now on a missionto build cutting-edge data products in the cloud, that will lead the business to put data-led customer decisions first.THE ROLE

  • Working closely with Data Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop and integrate data products
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
  • Continuously evaluate, iterate, and optimise product performance
  • Support the development of strategic roadmaps and blueprints of data products, allowing for customer personalisation
  • Use SQL/Python to validate data accuracy and analyse results
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Background as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst, working with data products
  • Hands-on technical experience in SQL, Python or Azure
  • Proven collaboration with data scientist, data engineering and cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading squad standups
  • A background in customer loyalty or marketing analytics is advantageous
