Job Description

JUNIOR CUSTOMER ANALYSTUP TO £35,000 + BONUS + BENEFITSLONDON (HYBRID)OverviewA well-known UK retailer is on a journey to become more data driven and ensuring they are becoming a more customer focused retailer. With customers behaviours changing rapidly and significantly in ecommerce it means theyre looking to ensure they have theright person onboard to help them analyse and improve their customer experience.The roleYou will be responsible for:

  • Working with stakeholders to deliver complex projects
  • Presenting data and findings in a way to ensure the business can action results
  • Producing reports and dashboards
  • Using their data to deliver robust, insight and actionable reporting and analysis that leads to significant and measurable improvements to customer experience and business performance.
The experienceYou will ideally have:
  • Excel Experience
  • SQL (proficient)
  • Experience of turning complex data into insights that deliver significant business impact
  • Strong communications
