Job Description

Junior Content Producer Mayfair£16,000 - £20,000Junior Content Producer Role:We are looking for an experienced videographer who can shoot, develop, and edit video. The person will work efficiently and independently to produce raw footage for use in our advertising campaigns.Junior Content Producer Day to day responsibilities:

  • Shoot, produce, and edit original content in video format
  • Brainstorm video ideas with the marketing team
  • Coordinate regular video creation schedule
  • Take employee photos
  • Ensuring content produced is in keeping with companies branding, identity and safeguarding policies
  • Continually evaluate audience engagement of created content and look to improve wherever possible
    • Key skills and knowledge for a Junior Content Producer:
  • A passion for creating content for creative and digital media experience
  • Frequent user of social media with some understanding of how companies promote using the platforms
  • An ability to work effectively both individually and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to meet the standards required
  • Recognition and compliance with equality and diversity in the workplace
  • Good computer skills to work with video editing software programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people of all ages from all walks of life, helping them feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera
  • Good time management skills to work within tight deadlines, capturing action and once-in-a-lifetime moments on camera
  • Keen attention to detail to make precise edit
  • Be able to generate creative ideas
  • Confident in designing content specifically for our company’s social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and has a good understanding of what would appeal to our audience
