A Talent Management company is looking for a proactive Junior Client Manager to support their extremely successful and busy sports division.WHAT YOULL DOThis is a varied and fast paced support role with lots going on, so youll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:Travel and accommodation booking including itineraries and visas Concierge services including reservations for restaurants and events, party planning and gift buying Office administration Client database management Prepare and edit presentations and documents Administrative support to other members of the teamWHO YOU ARETo be successful, you will be a sparky, on the ball Junior with a proactive nature, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.1-year minimum experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/FOH role Excellent MS Office skills Ability to prioritise tasks and work at an efficient pace Strong organisational skills An eye for detail including an aptitude for precision and accuracy Exceptional time management skills required and must highly adaptable and flexible approach to meet the needs of the moment The ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the roleTHE BENEFITSThis role will pay up to £25k (DOE) 25 days holiday Hours 9:00am6:00pm Social team with regular drinks/social eventsThis a lovely, varied role where youll really need to be able to hit the ground running in a dynamic, team environment.
