Are you looking for your first Business Analyst role or are looking to develop your skills in a larger organisation We are looking for a Junior Pega Business Analyst to become a key member of our agile deliveryteam. Your role will involve translating business requirements into user stories, to allow the delivery of solutions using the Pega Customer Service Platform. You will develop skills to enable the creation of user stories in a multidisciplinary team. You willbe an active member of a delivery/scrum team collaborating with all stakeholders throughout the full delivery lifecycle. There will be an opportunity for you to grow into this role and to complete qualifications which will further increase your knowledge andabilities.Job descriptionYour main duties will include analysing and investigating operational needs or problems and identifying service and process improvements - Using BA techniques. You will receive plenty of support, direction and guidance from seniorBAs within the team.
