Job Description

This role will typically focus on the Studio Operations pillars. Studio Operations are responsible for the technology supporting the smooth running of our Studio Operations facilities at Leavesden but must align to global strategies and initiatives.As a Business Analyst for these key technology portfolios, they will play an important role in the success of the teams. They will be a business process expert, spearheading technical analysis and functional analysis for complex global technology solutions.This is a hands-on BA role with strong appreciation of project management principles and processes. They will be working directly with BU process owners and stakeholders, as well as key project and technical managers to ensure alignment of technology solutionswith global strategic roadmaps. The role requires excellent Business-Partner relationship management skills, as well as an understanding of applications and system integrations.This position is responsible for the development of business requirements, technical requirements, processes, integration/architecture maps, process automation and relative BA/Project documentation. They will be conducting user interviews and playing anactive role in workshops with project stakeholders to elicit requirements and designs for projects and enhancements. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, they will use their technical knowledge to support the subsequent phases of design, development,system and user testing and deployment. This position will also provide analysis and expertise on global technology business transformation initiatives and associated business impact.This a great opportunity to be mentored by a senior business analyst and be given the opportunity to excel in an interesting, fast-paced environment, with diverse systems. • Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Capability Modelling, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Business Process Transformation, and Change Management are all critical parts of this role
• Responsible for BA deliverables through project lifecycle; inclusive of design sessions, data interface and migration processes, data validation, building business scenarios for testing, reviewing test plans and ensuring the appropriate end-user acceptancetesting is obtained.

• Champion business change in alignment to project strategy, to enable high solution adoption
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to project road-mapping
• Work with the business teams to identify key capability needs and identify potential challenges in realizing these
• Maintain excellent stakeholder management skills and sustainment of outstanding business partner relationships
• Assertively manage challenging conversations, maintaining transparency and trust with high-demanding business leaders
• Maintain an understanding of changing business needs and the subsequent impact on process or technology

• Systems expert, responsible for synthesizing technology solutions, through the interpretation of business requirements
• Collaborates with technical resources and provide input to technical design specifications
• Liaises with internal & external technology teams, to ensure agreed business system features are properly implemented

Prior experienceProven prior experience successfully applying in-depth business analysis and proven capability with technical systems design and/or configuration will be of great value for the successful execution of this role.Prior experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Digital technology and project delivery is highly desirable.Strong experience in any of the following will be considered advantageous:

• Salesforce suite; implementations of Service, Marketing and Sales Clouds
• Digital solutions, website design and development, agile delivery methodology
• Working within a high-paced customer-facing environment
• Managing senior stakeholders and creating professional business facing presentations and documentation
• Experience in a technical role (e.g. IT support, system implementation, application integration design, etc)
