Job Description

JUNIOR ANALYST UP TO £40,000 + BENEFITSLONDONRapidly expanding healthcare start up is searching for a Junior Analyst to help drive their expansion. This company has been massively successful in Europe, and have expanded their reach to the UK. The Junior Analyst would play a key role in supporting the product and extending their marketing reach.THE COMPANY:The company is a healthcare app, in which their goal is to digitalise the healthcare sector. In doing this they want to make access to GPs and healthcare services easier, via video calling and booking appointments. They have ambitious goals to improve UK health, but they believe its possible.THE ROLE:As a member of the Growth Markets Analytics team, you will be part of building the future of healthcare powered by smart data products and deep insights, and bringing better care to patients around Europe. Working in close collaboration with the UK Country & Product teams, you will be handling and influencing a wide range of high-level stakeholders with your strong analytical and storytelling abilities.Specifically the Junior Analyst will:

  • Guiding the UK Country & Product Teams to become data-driven and achieve their targets
  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Operations, Strategy and Finance teams to uncover insights
  • Supporting the team with strategy and growth opportunities
  • Analysing product performance from both the patient and clinician point of view
  • Experimenting and A/B-testing new product features
  • Building new datasets and use SQL on a daily basis
    • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal Junior Analyst will have the following skills experience:
  • Experience working with large datasets using SQL
  • A good amount of experience in a similar role
  • Reporting experience - helping define key success metrics across the business and offering insights to improve efficiency
  • The ability to formalize problems and turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with a visualization tool is a strong plus - Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Funnel, Domo, Datorama, etc
  • Some experience with R/Python is a plus, as well as exposure to A/B testing
    • BENEFITS:The successful Junior Analyst will receive a salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience.
