My client a highly successful business to business media organisation, with offices based in Central London, seek a journalist to join their busy and growing team covering a variety of tech titles.This role will involve writing in-depth features, research reports, news analysis, guides and other editorial content for the websites and its print magazine. Some duties will involve working closely with clients and/or CEOs on in-depth features and interviews.The ideal candidate will have some experience (a year or more) with a journalism qualification. The role will require some public-facing, online and speaking duties for conferences, podcasts, roundtables and webinars, therefore an interest in networkingand developing public speaking skills is essential.Candidates must be keen and willing to adapt to and learn about a variety of topics affecting tech leaders / organisations in this exciting and fast paced industry.Role requirements:The ability to produce engaging, clean copy covering a range of issues under tight deadlinesConcise news and feature writing with the ability to find the news hook for every featureArticulate and self-confident in engaging with clients and sector figures, including conducting interviews and hosting/presenting podcasts, webinars and roundtables where necessaryClear communication style and ability to plan, organise and manage concurrent projectsActively promote content across social media channelsCompose and send e-newslettersThe ability to research and assimilate new information and topics quicklyStarting salary circa 25K - 26K plus bens
