Italian speaking Electrical or Electronics engineer Tech support Competitive salary and benefit packageBased in London, Hybrid office/home workingPermanent, Full-timeJob Ref: MS258973Language Recruitment services (LRS) is currently recruiting an engineer with an electronic and/or electrical background to join an innovative and world-renowned company based in London.Using your technical knowledge and outstanding communication skills, you will deliver technical support to the companys European B to B clients and field engineers.Fluency in English and Italian is essential for this position. Spanish language skills would be a plusItalian speaking Support engineer - Main Duties:

  • Answer inbound queries across multiple communication channels
  • Deliver technical expertise on companys products, services, and systems
  • Investigate any product or system issue and troubleshoot where required
  • Ensure internal records are up-to-date and escalate client feedback where necessary
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure clients are supported effectively and professionally
  • Assist on Ad hoc technical support project
Profile:
  • Italian and English to fluent level
  • Business proficient Spanish would be a plus
  • A Degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a field or inhouse engineer or in tech support
  • Patient with excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work within a team
  • Hands-on personality with a can-do attitude
  • Resilient and innovative problem solver
